How do I find my correct size?
Silvercaelus sneakers fit true to standard UK sizing. We recommend ordering your usual formal or athletic shoe size. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend selecting the next whole size up for a comfortable fit.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery across India generally takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS the moment your pair is shipped.
What type of packaging do the sneakers arrive in?
Every pair is securely shipped in our signature shoe box to ensure your sneakers arrive in pristine condition. Inside, your shoes are carefully wrapped to protect the suede material during transit.
How should I clean and maintain the suede?
To keep the suede looking fresh, we recommend using a dedicated suede brush to gently clear surface dust. Avoid direct exposure to water or liquid stains, and store your sneakers in a dry place when not in use.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept size exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are free (one per order). Returns carry a ₹500 fee, deducted from your refund; COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. Pairs must be unworn, unaltered and in their original box. Damaged or defective pairs are replaced or refunded in full.
