Refund & Exchange Policy
At Silvercaelus, we strive to deliver premium quality footwear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured exchange and return process.
Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are free, one per order, within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original box.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged once the request is approved.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- A return fee of ₹500 is deducted from the refund.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged once the request is approved.
- A quality check will be conducted once the product is received.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your pair arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will replace the pair or refund it in full, with no fee.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Missing original packaging.
- Requests raised after 7 days.
